Our value engineering processes focus not only on cost savings but also on all facets of a project. We utilize our diverse knowledge to create new and innovative problem-solving solutions that result in shortened construction schedules, efficient designs, and cost-effective solutions.

DESIGN BUILD

We get involved early in the process to determine a design, scope of work, and schedule that meets an owner's budget, specifications, and timeline. We work closely with our subcontractors to develop cost effective estimates tailored specifically for each project.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

our Project Managers have extensive experience with real estate and construction matters with a proven ability to work through simple to complex regulatory, technical, and scheduling issues. Effective project control systems designed with the upmost professionalism are utilized to ensure a smooth process throughout the entire construction process.

PRECONSTRUCTION

We like to get involved early on in the design phase of projects and provide our input and expertise to create cost effective solutions. The vast majority of our projects are completed as a result of our early involvement. Our clients enjoy the interaction with our project managers and appreciate the solutions that they provide.

We are experienced with the processes and documentation required to ensure that public work projects run smoothly and with minimal disruptions caused by regulatory, technical, and scheduling issues. We have the capacity to provide the proper Performance Bonds and documentation required by various federal, state, and city agencies.

JESUS SALAZAR

PRESIDENT

Jesus founded SE Builders in 2014 with a mission to provide a high level of quality and integrity to the commercial construction industry. Since then the company has completed hundreds of projects but more importantly developed relationships built on trust and integrity.

Prior to founding SE Builders, Jesus owned and operated Boric and Salazar Inc. Throughout his tenure at Boric and Salazar, Jesus oversaw some of the most complicated and notable commercial construction projects in the company’s history. Jesus also assumed a leadership role in Boric and Salazar expansion through the integration of Slabworks a solid surface company focusing in the residential custom homes in Orange County.

Early in his career, Jesus was responsible for launching Firestone Hand wash, a full-service car wash which Jesus designed and supervised the remodeling of the facility. Previously, Mr. Salazar served as an elementary school teacher for the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Mr. Salazar holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Salazar holds a B license with the California Contractors State License Board.
